Participants will also investigate how to assess, prevent and respond to bullying and harassment, as well as how to identify educationally equitable practices in classrooms and schools to promote engagement of students from diverse backgrounds.  Real-life situations and experiential activities will be incorporated throughout to help participants develop incident-response strategies for successfully communicating with students, parents, and administrators.
