Auto Damage Appraisal
Prepare for the Massachusetts State Licensing Examination
Northeastern University's Automobile Damage Appraisal program offers the most comprehensive examination preparation course - Part I for those who want to obtain their Automobile Appraisal License. Our instructors combine real-world experience with classroom knowledge to prepare you to be successful in taking the state exam. The course meets twice a week, 3 hours per night, for 10 weeks (60 hours). Throughout the program, students should expect to take several quizzes to demonstrate knowledge transfer.
Upon successful completion, each student receives a completion certificate along with 6.0 Continuing Education Units (CEU's).
This course is designed to prepare students who have had at least two years of auto body experience or comparable experience as a service technician to take the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Automobile Damage Appraiser's License Examination.

*Throughout the program each instructor builds in time for a field trip to a local garage. This provides students the opportunity to put their classroom experience to the test in the real-world situation.
Instructors
All instructors are licensed by the state and will provide students with classroom knowledge as well as test taking experience. Instructors include: Jack Bettencourt, Peter Campopiano, Bill George, Paul McKeen, Al Oliveira, Earl Pickering, and Christina Vo.
Fees
$695 includes all classroom materials and textbooks. All students receive the "Mitchell Collision Estimating & Reference Guide" as part of the course.
