SHRM® Essentials of Human Resource Management
Do you know why some are paid overtime and others are not? Do you know the questions that can and cannot be asked as a part of an interview? How can you reduce your company's risk of high-cost litigation? Can your company afford for you not to know the answer to these questions? This five-week, one-evening-per-week program, offered in cooperation with the Society for Human Resource Management, can provide these answers for you. This course is designed for employees with management responsibilities who need to know basic Human Resource (HR) concepts before disciplinary action is required and formal HR staff members have to get involved.
